Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer refunds under the following conditions:
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping issues, please contact us within 1 hour of receipt.
If you receive the wrong items in your order, please notify us within 1 hour of receipt.
If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 1 hour of receipt.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Email our customer service team at info@meatbaazar.com or call us at 9999999999 within 1 hour of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
Our team will review your request and respond within 12 hours.
If your request is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products if you simply change your mind.
Refund requests made more than 1 hour after receipt of the order.
Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery.
We do not offer exchanges for our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a refund or reship the correct item at our discretion.
Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
